*Durga Bahini – Together in Devotion, United in Service*
Established in 2023, 'Durga Bahini' is a women-led Durga Puja committee built on the values of togetherness, compassion, and community spirit. What began as a celebration of Maa Durga has grown into a heartfelt journey of bringing people closer through devotion, culture, and social service.
Every year, beyond the celebrations, the committee is committed to giving back to society through initiatives such as cloth donation, spreading kindness and bringing smiles to those in need.
Durga Bahini also organises cultural events for the children of the local community, providing them with opportunities to showcase their talents, build confidence, and keep our rich cultural traditions alive.
Entirely managed by a dedicated group of women, Durga Bahini stands as a symbol of women’s strength, unity, and the power of collective effort. With Maa Durga’s blessings and the love and support of the community, we aspire to create a happier, kinder, and more connected neighbourhood.
Our belief is simple: festivals become more meaningful when we celebrate together, and communities become stronger when we care for one another.
